Online Shopping FAQs & Tutorials

If you’re new to shopping online for pickup or delivery, or if you’re having trouble with your order, we’ve put together some FAQs and tutorial videos that might help! 

Pickup & Delivery Timing

We have added additional eCart pickup and delivery time slots, giving us the ability to fulfill more online orders at a faster pace. We highly recommend that online grocery orders are placed at least 48 hours in advance.

We suggest selecting our pickup service instead of our delivery service in most instances for faster processing. Our personal shoppers will bring your groceries to your car in our parking lot when you text us during your selected time slot.

We are limiting our pickup and delivery windows to four (4) times per day instead of 30-minute windows throughout the day in order to better serve our online shoppers in a timely matter.

We have significantly expanded our Service Center team, allowing us to improve response times on customers’ calls, emails and social media posts.

Limited Inventory

For best results in getting the most items you need from your shopping list and due to limited inventory, we suggest allowing your personal shopper to substitute items if the product you selected is not in stock but something similar is. Automatic product substitutions will be made if the “Allow Substitutions” box is selected and alternatives are available.

Online Shopping Safety Measures

Our online delivery procedures have been adjusted to be contact-free. Signatures are no longer necessary.
