Ingredients
- 16 large jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz. Raley's cream cheese neufchatel
- 2 Tbsp. organic chives, chopped
- 8 slices Raley's uncured bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and veins.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar and chives. Fill each jalapeño level with cheese mixture.
- Cut bacon slices in half and wrap each jalapeño with the bacon, with the cut sides tucked under the bottom of the jalapeños. Place on baking sheet and cook for 10-12 minutes until bacon is cooked. Serve warm.
