- 1 loaf Raley's baguette
- 3 Tbsp. Nob Hill Trading Co. Apricot Peach Preserves
- 4 oz. brie cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 thinly sliced apple
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Slice baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and place on baking sheet. Top each slice with 1 teaspoon preserves and 1/2 ounce slice of brie. Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes until brie is melted.
- Top with sliced apples and chopped walnuts.
