  • 1 loaf Raley's baguette
  • 3 Tbsp. Nob Hill Trading Co. Apricot Peach Preserves
  • 4 oz. brie cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 thinly sliced apple


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Slice baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and place on baking sheet. Top each slice with 1 teaspoon preserves and 1/2 ounce slice of brie. Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes until brie is melted.
  3. Top with sliced apples and chopped walnuts.
