Ingredients
- 1 loaf Raley's baguette
- 3 Tbsp. Nob Hill Trading Co. Apricot Peach Preserves
- 4 oz. Brie cheese
- 1 thinly sliced apple
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Slice baguette into ½-inch-thick slices and place on baking sheet. Top each slice with 1 teaspoon preserves and ½-ounce slice of Brie. Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes until Brie is melted.
- Top with sliced apples and chopped walnuts.
