  • 1 loaf Raley's baguette
  • 3 Tbsp. Nob Hill Trading Co. Apricot Peach Preserves
  • 4 oz. Brie cheese
  • 1 thinly sliced apple
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice baguette into ½-inch-thick slices and place on baking sheet. Top each slice with 1 teaspoon preserves and ½-ounce slice of Brie. Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes until Brie is melted.
  3. Top with sliced apples and chopped walnuts.
