Ingredients
- 2 tsp. olive oil*
- 2 salmon fillets (5 oz. each)
- 1 1/2 tsp. McCormick Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 cup white wine*
- Fresh spinach
- * Common pantry item.
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in medium sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Sprinkle salmon with Cajun seasoning and place in sauté pan flesh side down; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Turn salmon over, add wine and spinach and cook covered for 2 minutes.
- Serve salmon over spinach and drizzle with pan juices.
