Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup California Olive Ranch Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. minced shallots
Instructions
- Whisk together vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
- Slowly whisk in olive oil. Whisk in shallots.
