  • 12 oz. Thinly sliced Chicken Breast
  • Raley's Marsala Sauce
  • Raley's Linguini
  • Raley's Green Beans with Parmesan & garlic


  1. Season chicken well with salt and pepper. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a medium skillet on high heat. Add chicken to hot pan; lower heat to medim high and cook for 2 minutes on each side until an internal temperature of 165ºF is reached.
  2. Lower heat to medium low. Add desired amount of sauce to pan and cook for 1- 2 minutes until heated through.
  3. Set cheese aside. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add vegetables and season with salt and black pepper; stir. Add ¼ cup of water to the pan. Cover and let cook for 6 minutes. Remove lid cook for additional 2 minutes to allow water to evaporate and vegetables begin to brown lightly. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Place linguini in microwave safe dish with 1 Tbsp. water. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 60 seconds until heated through.
