Ingredients
- 4 ears sweet white corn
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- 4 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Grill corn until kernels are easily pierced with a fork.
- Brush on butter and sprinkle with cotija and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
