Preheat oven to 400°F. Line small baking pan with parchment paper.
Whisk together yogurt, honey, oil and vanilla in medium bowl. Whisk together flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Add flour mixture, cranberries and walnuts to yogurt mixture and stir just until moistened.
Shape dough into ball and transfer to prepared pan. Press into 6-inch circle. Cut into 6 wedges and separate wedges.
Bake 13–15 minutes, until tops are lightly browned. Serve warm or at room temperature.
