Grilled Figs with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and Honey

Ingredients

  • 4 cups vanilla bean ice cream
  • 8 fresh figs, cut in half
  • 4 tbsp. honey

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Place figs cut side down on grill and cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Scoop ice cream into 4 small bowls; top with figs and drizzle with honey.
