Gut Health Chia Breakfast Parfait

Get out the door fast and nourished with this tasty, light and fresh chia breakfast parfait, great for gut health and busy schedules. Rich in fiber, prebiotics and probiotics, it’ll help you hit the ground running with a happy digestive tract (plus it’s delicious).

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. Raley's Organic Honey
  • 1/4 tsp. Raley's Organic Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Kind Raspberry Clusters with Chia Seeds Granola
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp. Raley's Slivered Almonds

Instructions

  1. Whisk together yogurt, chia seeds, honey and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  2. Divide yogurt mixture into 4 small glasses. Top with a layer of granola, followed by a layer of the fresh berries. Sprinkle a few slivered almonds on top of each parfait.
