Ingredients
- 8 oz. EZ peel shrimp 41/50 (or peeled and deveined)
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cups Veetee pre-cooked basmati rice
- 4 tsp. soy sauce*
- 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil*
- 1 tsp. garlic*
- 1 1/2 tbsp. honey*
- 1 tbsp. water*
- 1/8 tsp. salt*
- 1 pinch ground pepper*
- *common pantry item
Instructions
- Peel shrimp. Toss shrimp, garlic and 1/2 tsp. of olive oil in a medium bowl.
- Heat remaining olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, salt and black pepper and cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Lower heat to medium; add soy sauce, honey, water, sesame seeds and 3 Tbsp. green onion. Stir and heat for one minute.
- Heat rice according to package instructions.
- Serve shrimp over hot rice. Garnish with remaining green onion.
