Ingredients
- 12 large portabella mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. Raley's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. Raley's Mediterranean Sea Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. Raley's Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Remove mushroom stems and discard. Rinse caps, pat dry and place on a tray.
- Preheat grill to about 350 degrees F.
- Combine butter, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a small saucepan over medium-low heat on stovetop. Cook until the mixture is simmering. Remove sauce from heat and brush caps with sauce.
- Grill mushrooms about 7 minutes on each side or until browned with grill marks and tender. Serve immediately.
