Ingredients

  • 8 oz. shrimp
  • Raley's Lemon Thyme Sauce
  • Raley's Linguini or Penne Pasta
  • Raley's Zucchini, yellow squash, grapes tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Peel shrimp and season with salt and black pepper. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium high heat. Add shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil to pan; add vegetables and season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally until vegetables begin to soften. Add shrimp and sauce; stir and heat for 2 minutes until heated through.
  3. Place pasta in microwave safe dish with 1 Tbsp. water. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 60 seconds until heated through.
  4. Serve shrimp and vegetables over pasta.
