Rotisserie Chicken Sweet Potato Fries and Steamed Veggies

Winner, winner, chicken dinner! Pre-made and mouthwatering rotisserie chicken, frozen sweet potato fries, and steam-in-bag broccoli and cauliflower make for a super easy, yet super satisfying meal, even if you’re paleo.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag Alexia Sweet Potato Fries
  • 12 oz. bag Mann’s Broccoli and Cauliflower
  • Raley's Rotisserie Chicken

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange sweet potato fries in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Steam veggies in the microwave according to package directions.
  3. Carve rotisserie chicken and serve with veggies and fries.
