Salmon & Snow Pea Pasta

In this springtime fusilli pasta dish, a citrusy, buttery dill sauce compliments the sugary snap of snow peas and fresh, sautéed salmon, and makes for a light and satisfying weeknight dinner.

  • 1 tsp. cooking oil*
  • 8 oz. salmon
  • 1 tsp. salt*
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper*
  • 8 1/2 oz. rotini or fusilli pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups snow peas
  • 1 oz. butter*
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • * Common pantry item.


  1. Heat oil in a medium sauté pan over medium high heat.
  2. Season salmon with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper.
  3. Add salmon to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until almost cooked through; remove from pan and break into bite size pieces.
  4. Cook pasta following package instructions.
  5. Meanwhile, heat butter over medium heat in a medium saucepan. Add snow peas, season with remaining salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add salmon, pasta, 1 Tbsp. of dill and remaining ingredients to the snow peas, stir and heat for 2 minutes until warmed through.
