2 bunches California Table Grapes, we used red + black
8 oz. Sharp Cheddar, such as Graziers, cut into bite sized wedges
1 bunch basil, whole leaves pulled from stems
To serve: Extra Virgin Olive Oil & flaky sea salt
Place a grape at the tip of a skewer, and then thread the ingredients in a pattern: cheddar wedge, basil leaf, grape – and repeat until the skewer is full, with room remaining to grab the skewers at the bottom.
Arrange the finished skewers on a serving tray or platter, and drizzle with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Serve immediately.
