Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe


  • 5 c. cauliflower florets
  • 3/4 c. Raley's all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. Raley's garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Raley's onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Raley's Himalayan pink sea salt
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. Frank's red hot sauce
  • 1/4 c. Sunnyside butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Sunnyside butter
  • 1 c. Raley's blue cheese salad dressing
  • 1 8.5 oz. package Raley's celery sticks


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with 2 Tbsp. butter.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder and sea salt. Add 3/4 c. water and combine well. Place cauliflower into batter and toss to coat well. Drop cauliflower individually onto the greased baking sheet.
  3. Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes, turning cauliflower over half way through.
  4. Combine hot sauce with 1/4 c. melted butter. Brush hot sauce onto cauliflower and return to oven for an additional 20 minutes.
  5. Arrange on platter with dressing and celery. Serve warm.
