Ingredients
- 5 c. cauliflower florets
- 3/4 c. Raley's all purpose flour
- 2 tsp. Raley's garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. Raley's onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. Raley's Himalayan pink sea salt
- 3/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. Frank's red hot sauce
- 1/4 c. Sunnyside butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Sunnyside butter
- 1 c. Raley's blue cheese salad dressing
- 1 8.5 oz. package Raley's celery sticks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with 2 Tbsp. butter.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder and sea salt. Add 3/4 c. water and combine well. Place cauliflower into batter and toss to coat well. Drop cauliflower individually onto the greased baking sheet.
- Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes, turning cauliflower over half way through.
- Combine hot sauce with 1/4 c. melted butter. Brush hot sauce onto cauliflower and return to oven for an additional 20 minutes.
- Arrange on platter with dressing and celery. Serve warm.
