Steak in Red Wine and Shallots

  • 1 lb. Sirloin Steaks
  • Raley's Red wine shallot Sauce
  • Raley's Rosemary garlic red potatoes
  • Raley's Green Beans, Onions, Parmesan & Garlic


  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. In a medium bowl, gently toss potaoes with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and season with salt and black pepper put a baking sheet. Place in oven and cook for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
  2. Season steak well with salt and pepper. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a medium skillet on high heat. Add steak to hot pan; lower heat to medim high and cook for 2 minutes on each side until an internal temperature of 145ºF is reached.
  3. Lower heat to medium low. Add desired amount of sauce to pan and cook for 1- 2 minutes until heated through.
  4. Heat 1 Tbsp. Olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium high heat. Add vegetables and season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally until vegetables begin to soften.
