Sweet & Sour Grilled Pineapple

Pineapple’s sweet, sour and tropical flavor comes even more to life when grilled with cinnamon sugar. Try this delicious, vegetarian recipe for your next summer barbecue or use the grilled pineapple to top grilled teriyaki chicken or burgers!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raley's Purely Made Organic Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Raley's Organic Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 6 wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 400 degrees F and lightly oil grate.
  2. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a large zip-top bag. Place pineapple wedges in bag and shake to coat with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  3. Grill pineapple wedges until heated through and slightly charred, about 5 minutes per side.
