Staffing & Inventory
We are maintaining normal business hours to meet the needs of our customers and communities. We have staffed our stores to keep them running smoothly and help us meet customer demands both in-store and online and have significantly expanded our Service Team, allowing us to improve response times on customers’ calls, emails and social media posts.
We are following applicable state and local orders regarding social distancing. We are also asking customers to be self-aware and keep 6-feet of distance from other customers throughout other departments in store.
Other Safety Measures
We have increased the frequency of our already stringent sanitation standards, especially on frequently touched hard surfaces, to create as safe a shopping experience as possible. We have increased the amount of sanitizing cart wipes at each store entrance and hand sanitizer stations in food service departments and at checkstands. We have installed checkstand and pharmacy protective shields in all stores.
We have maintained increased security in our stores – this includes increasing the hours for existing contracted security, hiring off-duty police officers and asking local police departments to patrol our stores and parking lots as frequently as possible. We have also created a new position – Social Distancing & Cleaning Marshall – in all stores to enforce our updated policies and procedures.
We ask that if you have a fever or cough, you do not enter the store.
We are requiring team members to wear a mask or face covering while working indoors as required by applicable state and local orders. We have provided all team members with face coverings.
Pharmacy Curbside Pickup
In an effort to minimize traffic in-store and support social distancing guidelines, for our pharmacy patients, we have introduced curbside pickup. To find your local pharmacy, visit our Store Locator.
