Aperol Spritz
Ingredients:
3 oz. (90 ml) chilled Prosecco
2 oz. (60 ml) Aperol
Splash of sparkling water
1 orange slice
Directions:
Fill a highball glass or tumbler with ice. Add the Prosecco first, then the Aperol. Add a splash of sparkling water, garnish with the orange slice and serve immediately.

F&R Edelweiss
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz. TX Whiskey
- 3/4 oz. St. Germain
- 2 oz. cranberry juice
- Mint leaves and cranberries
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a shaker, shake with ice and strain into a glass. Garnish with mint leaves and cranberries.

Basil Julep
Ingredients:
1 cup (8 fl. oz./250 ml) water
1 cup (8 oz./250 g) sugar
24 fresh basil leaves
1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) bourbon
1 oz. (30 ml) fresh lime juice
1 lime wedge
Directions:
Bring water to a simmer. Add sugar and 15 chopped basil leaves. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool. Strain syrup through a fine-mesh sieve. In a glass, muddle 8 basil leaves and 1 oz. of the basil simple syrup. Add bourbon and lime juice. Pack glass tightly with crushed ice. Garnish with remaining basil leaf and lime wedge.

Ingredients
2 parts Hudson NY Corn Whiskey
1 part Lillet Blanc
3 dashes orange bitters
Lemon peel (garnish)
Instructions
Stir ingredients 50 times with chunk ice to chill and dilute properly. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel.

Christmas Gin and Cranberry Sauced Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz. gin
.5 oz. fresh lime juice
2 tbsp. cranberry sauce (without whole berries)
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Rosemary spring (garnish)
Directions:
Add cranberry sauce to a cocktail shaker with gin, lime juice and bitters. Add ice, shake very vigorously at least 30 to 45 seconds and strain through a mesh strainer into a chilled glass. Place a sprig of rosemary on top of the cocktail.
