Raley’s Family of Fine Stores has named Keith Knopf as Chief Operating Officer of the West Sacramento grocery chain. In his new role, Keith oversees daily corporate operations, sales, merchandising as well as marketing and advertising for Raley’s.
“Keith is the perfect addition to the Raley’s family,” said Mike Teel, President & CEO. “With a focus on operational efficiency, Keith is uniquely qualified to drive strategic initiatives and accountability within the organization. I have tremendous confidence that Keith’s customer-centric approach will be extremely valuable as Raley’s continues to grow.”
A Fortune 200 leader with 25 years of retail experience, Keith began his career with the May Company department stores, where he held leadership roles in store operations, merchandise planning, information technology, and finance. He also led annual business planning and strategy for the Victoria’s Secret division of Limited Brands.
“I am a strong believer in delivering a personalized customer experience and involving team members in the company’s vision,” said Keith. “It’s exciting to join a company with values that align with my own.”
Keith graduated from St. Louis University with a bachelor’s degree in finance, and earned a master’s degree in business administration. Most recently, Keith led the retail operations and omni-channel store integration at Kohl’s. He spends his spare time with his family wife Debbie and two daughters, Leslie and Chelsie. Leslie and her husband, Jake, recently gave him a new reason to celebrate, his first grandchild.
