Raley’s Honored by Loyalty 360 with Platinum Award for Innovative Campaign

Raley’s Family of Fine Stores took home the highest honor – the Platinum Award — in the Best Creative Campaign, Loyalty Marketing category at Loyalty 360’s eighth annual Loyalty Expo in Orlando.

Recognized for its ‘Top-Pinned Recipes Something Extra Themed Email” campaign, Raley’s CRM Marketing Manager Suzanne LeGette spoke with Jim Tierney of Loyalty 360 to shed light on the growth of the program and the importance of connecting with customers through relevant offers and recipes.
