Dietary fiber intake has been found to have many health benefits, including lowering risk of developing certain chronic diseases, helping you feel fuller for longer, and maintaining a healthy weight. This icon means that a product is considered to be beneficial for digestive health. In order to qualify for the Gut Health attribute, an item must be a good source of dietary fiber.
