Our program is not a two-tiered pricing structure like some of our competitors. You will continue to enjoy the same high quality and value and the same ad prices whether you choose to participate in the program or not. Something Extra rewards you for being you-you just keep shopping as you normally would. As a Something Extra Member, you’ll get just that, a more personalized shopping experience as well as reward vouchers you can apply towards your next purchase.

It’s easy and free. Sign up for a Something Extra account. 

Something Extra provides its members with Something Extra Dollars and personalized coupons via mail or email. Providing us with your contact information will allow us to reward you with more savings throughout the year.

No. When you shop, simply enter the Something Extra Number you created at checkout. However, cards are available upon request. Call the Raley’s Service Center at 1 (800) 925-9989.

Every time you shop at a Raley’s, Bel Air or Nob Hill Foods, enter your Something Extra number or swipe your Something Extra card at checkout and you will earn one point for every dollar spent on eligible items. Also, watch your mailbox or inbox for extra point-earning opportunities.

At the end of each Something Extra® points earning period*, your points will automatically be converted into Something Extra Dollars. You must earn at least 500 points during the applicable Something Extra® points earning period to receive Something Extra Dollars, and points are converted to Something Extra Dollars in increments of 100. Any remaining points under 100 will roll over to the next earning period. For example, 520 Points = $5 Something Extra Dollars, 1842 Points = $18 Something Extra Dollars, and 4635 Points = $46 Something Extra Dollars. Depending on the contact preferences you indicated on your account, you will receive your Something Extra Dollars via mail or email. You can redeem your Something Extra Dollars by shopping in-store.

*The Something Extra points earning periods for 2022 and 2023 are identified in the following table:

Yes. Certain laws prohibit earning points on certain products. Exclusions include: lottery tickets, postage stamps, alcohol, money orders and other in-store services, prepaid cards and select gift cards, online shopping fees, and pharmacy items reimbursable by a state or federal government health care program. Eligible items purchased at our pharmacies will earn points.

Yes. All points earned at any Raley’s, Bel Air and Nob Hill Foods using the same Something Extra number are combined. 

No. Points will be converted into Something Extra Dollars after each Something Extra® points earning period (identified above). Any remaining points that are not converted into Something Extra Dollars will roll over to the next earning period.

You must have a minimum balance of 500 points available on your account to receive Something Extra Dollars. If you have a balance of fewer than 500 points at the end of a Something Extra® points earning period (identified above), your earned points will roll over to the next earning period and remain available on your account. You will not receive Something Extra Dollars for that earning period.

Also, you may not have received Something Extra Dollars due to your mailing or email address being incorrect or incomplete. If you believe you should have received Something Extra Dollars, please call the Raley’s Service Center at 1 (800) 925-9989.

No. Something Extra Dollars must be used in their entirety upon redemption on eligible items.

The more you shop with us, the better we are able to provide you with coupons on the items you love to buy. Remember to check your email for special personalized coupons from Something Extra and find your offers on our online shopping platform. To load your coupons onto your account, simply click the “Clip” button and discounts will automatically apply at checkout.

Something Extra offers are personalized coupons awarded to you based on how you shop. Digital Coupons are additional savings offered by manufacturers and are not personalized based on how you shop.

Offers clipped to your online account will automatically apply whether purchased in-store or online.
Offers that are mailed to you are accepted in-store by scanning the barcode on the coupon. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept printed offers for online orders at this time.

When shopping online, only clipped offers will apply once your order is processed at the store. All applicable offers and coupons will be reflected on your final receipt at pickup or delivery.

To provide you with the utmost personalized offers, we have to first know what you like. The more you shop, the more we can learn about your preferences.

Unless otherwise noted on the coupon disclaimer, you may redeem multiple coupons at a time.

There are many ways to save more, especially when you opt into engaging with Something Extra online. Here are some ways you can enjoy even more savings:

Digital Coupons – Clip these manufacturer coupons digitally to load them to your account. They will apply at checkout.

Birthday Offers – Add you and your family members’ birthdays to your profile to receive birthday offers. Limit of 6 per account. Account holder plus 5 family members.

Pump Rewards – Shop at participating Raley’s, Bel Air and Nob Hill Foods to earn Pump Rewards. Check the bottom of your receipt for your earnings and redeem at an Anabi-owned Aisle 1 fuel station.

Ad Coupons – Keep your eye out for special coupons in our Weekly Ad.

You can add up to 6 birthdays to your Something Extra account.

Birthday club members are eligible for one set of birthday offers per month.

Members must update their profile by the 25th of the month to be eligible for the next month’s birthday offers.

We will email you on the 28th of each month when your birthday offers for the next month are available digitally. Be sure to load them onto your account by simply clicking the “clip” button and discounts will automatically apply at checkout.

Your birthday club offers will be active on the 28th of the month prior to your birth month until the 5th of the following month. For example, if your birthday is in February, you will receive your offers on the 28th of January and they will stay active until the 5th of March.
