Mmm, Raley’s Swiss Cheese!

Grilled Turkey, Bacon and Swiss Sandwich

Our Brands:  Mmm, Raley's Swiss Cheese!

Swiss cheese is definitely the cheese that brings the most fun! Who doesn’t remember poking fingers through the holes as a kid?

Speaking of the holes, did you know they are actually called "eyes?" Eyes develop in the curing process when gas, formed through fermentation, is trapped and expands, forming holes.

It's not just about the holes, though. We love the mellow, nutty flavor and beautiful ivory-yellow color. Swiss cheese makes a rich fondue, a delectable quiche, a tasty soup topper and adds a kick of flavor to any casserole or appetizer. Probably our favorite use is melted on warm bread, like in our Grilled Turkey, Bacon and Swiss Sandwiches.

Pick up some Swiss Cheese the next time you are in our stores – we dare you not to feel like a kid again!
