Of course we here at Raley’s love our burgers, steaks and chicken, but there is also something really nice about a delicious fish recipe on a warm summer night.  Our stores offer a complete assortment of Full Circle fish for you to choose from. Full Circle Frozen Fish are "wild caught", which is nothing short from how Mother Nature intended.  Our fillets are all portioned, flash-frozen and vacuum packed, delivering a high-quality restaurant occasion for your whole family. The American Heart Association recommends eating fish at least two times per week as part of a healthy diet. Fiesta Fish Fillets
Cook: 10 minutes | Prep: 10 minutes | Serves: 3 to 4


  • 1 (12 oz) Package Full Circle cod fillets (frozen)
  • ¾ c Raley’s Medium Fire Roasted Salsa
  • 2 tbsp Raley’s Diced Green Chiles
  • 2 tbsp Raley’s Sliced Olives
  • ½ tsp  Dried Mexican oregano
  • 1 box Raley’s Spanish Rice (prepared as directed on box)


  1. Thaw cod fillets (follow package instructions for thawing) and pat dry.
  2. In a medium skillet, stir together salsa, diced green chiles, sliced olives and dried Mexican oregano, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Add cod and spoon some of the salsa mixture over the top.  Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot immediately over Raley’s Spanish
    Rice (available boxed in the rice aisle).
