Natural Foods:  Go Coco for Ice Cream
Well for Life

I scream, you scream, we all scream for…coconut ice cream!? You may have already heard about this delicious, gluten free, sweet treat due to the many health benefits of coconuts. If you are one of the many looking for healthy alternatives to dairy, or just looking for a frozen dessert that tastes amazing, you will definitely want to try Luna & Larry’s Coconut Bliss.

Coconut Bliss founders, Luna and Larry, loved ice cream, but did not like the way they felt after having dairy. This is not uncommon. The Food Allergy Research & Education Organization estimates that there are about 15 million Americans and 1 in 13 children affected by food allergies. 30 to 50 million people are lactose intolerant and need to stay away from dairy to control symptoms.

Luna and Larry tried some soy and rice alternatives, but were not impressed. They decided to experiment using coconut milk and agave nectar in their hand cranked ice-cream machine. When they served it to some of their friends, they heard, “this isn’t just good, it’s bliss!” Thus, Coconut Bliss was born. They use only certified organic, Non-GMO Project Verified coconuts and Fair Trade organic cocoa, coffee and chocolate. Learn more about Luna and Larry’s delicious naturally soy-free, gluten-free and dairy-free frozen desserts at www.coconutbliss.com. Choose from a variety of flavors like: dark chocolate, vanilla island, chocolate hazelnut fudge and simple goodness naked coconut.
