6 oranges
1/4 of a fennel bulb (in our Produce Dept.)
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves, snipped

Prep: 20 minutes, Serves: 8

1. Cut away peel from oranges and slice 1/4-inch thick; arrange on a platter.

2. Using a vegetable peeler, shave fennel into very thin small strips and sprinkle over oranges.

3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper and basil.
