2 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
1¼ cups dry white wine

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 8

1. In a small bowl, toss together cheeses, mustard and flour; set aside.

2. Rub cut sides of garlic on sides and bottom of a heavy saucepan or fondue pot. Add wine and bring to a simmer.

3. Add cheese mixture, a handful at a time, stirring well after each addition. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is fully melted and mixture is smooth.

4. Stir in Kirsch and cook for several minutes more, being careful not to scorch the bottom. Keep cheese hot and serve with cubes of French bread.
