Fresh Citrus Salsa
Fresh Citrus Salsa
4 large navel oranges
1/2 cup red onion chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper chopped
2 ea small jalapeņo peppers stems and seeds removed and minced
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro chopped
Salt to taste
Prep time: 10 minutes

Cut away peel from oranges and discard; cut oranges into
1/2-inch pieces. Add onion, bell pepper, jalapeņo and lime
juice. Mix well; stir in cilantro. Season with salt. Serve
with tortilla chips, quesadillas or taquitos, or spoon over
cooked chicken or seafood.

Makes 3 cups.
