Hot Artichoke Spread
2 (6.5- oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (8- oz.) package Neufchâtel cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup minced oil-packed, sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced green onions

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 30 minutes, Makes: 12 appetizers

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients in a shallow, 1-quart baking dish and stir well. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

2. Serve with bread cubes, toasted baguette slices, crackers or breadsticks.
