Meatballs Italiano
1-1/2 lb. ground round
3 links Italian sausage casings removed
2 eggs
1-1/4 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup pasta sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 375F. Combine all ingredients except
accompaniments in a medium bowl, mixing well with your hands. Form
into 1-1/2-inch balls and place on baking sheets. Bake for 25 minutes
or until internal temperature reaches 160F. Serve over hot cooked
spaghetti with pasta sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.

Makes 8 servings.
