Shrimp and Snow Pea Stir-Fry
Shrimp and Snow Pea Stir-Fry
1/2 lb. thin spaghetti
2 tbsp. extra light olive oil
1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1/2 lb. snow peas
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into small strips
3/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 green onions, sliced

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

2. While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large skillet. Add shrimp, garlic and ginger; cook and stir until shrimp is no longer pink. Add snow peas and bell pepper; stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes more or until snow peas are barely cooked.

3. In a small bowl, stir together marinade, sherry, cornstarch and sesame oil; pour into skillet. Cook until mixture is hot and thickened.

4. Add pasta and toss to coat well with mixture. Transfer to a platter and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
