Italian Sausage and Pasta Soup
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 (49.5- oz.) can reduced-sodium beef broth
1 (14.5- oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 cup penne pasta
2 ribs celery sliced
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Cook 1/2 lb. Italian sausage in a large saucepan, breaking into small pieces with the back of a spoon; drain excess grease. Stir in 1 (49.5-oz.) can reduced-sodium beef broth, 1 (14.5-oz.) can diced tomatoes, 1 cup penne pasta, 2 ribs sliced celery and 1½ tsp. Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
