Smokin' Caesar Salad

1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. wasabi paste
2 cloves garlic minced
1 head romaine lettuce chopped
1 cup croutons
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Combine 1/3 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 tbsp. soy sauce,
2 tsp. wasabi paste and 2 cloves minced garlic in a small bowl.
Season to taste with pepper. Toss with 1 head chopped romaine
lettuce, 1 cup croutons and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

Makes 4 servings. Recipe may be doubled.
