Five Alarm Salsa
6 Medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
4 habanero peppers, stemmed, seeded and finely diced
3 Large jalapeņo peppers, stemmed, seeded and finely diced
1 white onion, diced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 small limes

Prep: 5 to 10 minutes, Makes: 5 cups

1. Combine all ingredients except lime in a large bowl.

2. Squeeze limes over the top and toss. May be enjoyed immediately, although flavors will develop over time.
