Cranberry Orange Breakfast Barley
3 cups water
1 cup barley (bulk bin # 744), rinsed and drained
2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup dried cranberries (bulk bin # 608)
3 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 45 minutes, Serves: 3

1. Place water and barley in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients and continue cooking over low heat, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed and the barley is thick and creamy.
