Dilly Seafood Quiche
3/4 cup fat-free half & half
3 eggs
1 pint Raleys Fresh Deli Seafood Salad
1 (3- oz.) package cream cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 (9- inch) pie crust

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 40 minutes, Serves: 6 to 8

1. Whisk together half & half and eggs in a medium bowl. Stir in seafood salad, cream cheese and dill weed.

2. Spread in an unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
