4 ripe Hass avocados
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup minced red onion
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. finely chopped jalapeņo pepper
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Prep: 10 minutes,  Makes: 2½ cups

1. Remove peel and pit from avocados. Place avocados in a bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in remaining ingredients.

2. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with additional tomato and onion, if desired.
