Asian Green Beans
Asian Green Beans
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 lb. trimmed fresh green beans
1 large red bell pepper
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. tahini sauce
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger

Heat 2 tsp. sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 lb. trimmed fresh green beans and stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender. Add 1 large red bell pepper, seeded and cut into julienne strips, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. tahini sauce and 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger. Cook for a minute more or until peppers are warmed through.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
