3/4 lb. very small white potatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 lb. Raley's boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup London Pub Steak Sauce
1/2 cup shredded Kerrygold Dubliner or Blarney Castle Cheese (in our Deli)

 Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Serves: 2*

1. Place potatoes in a medium microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Add chicken, onions and steak sauce to bowl.

2. Transfer to 2 large squares of heavy-duty foil. Bring up 2 sides and fold over twice; fold in ends to enclose mixture, leaving room for air to circulate.

3. Grill over medium-high heat for 15 minutes, shaking packets occasionally to avoid scorching on the bottom; remove from grill. Carefully open packets and top with cheese; close and let stand for a minute or two.

*Recipe may be doubled.
