Grilled Salmon with Harissa Butter
Grilled Salmon with Harissa Butter
4 salmon fillets (about 1 lbs.)

Harissa Butter:
1/4 cup roasted red peppers
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. ground caraway seeds*
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground coriander
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 to 15 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Rinse salmon and pat dry. Cook salmon over medium-high heat on a well-oiled grill for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.

2. Meanwhile, puree remaining ingredients in a small food processor or blender. Remove salmon from grill and immediately top with dollops of Harissa Butter.

*You can grind caraway seeds in a coffee grinder.
