Barbecue Mango Chicken Pizza
Barbecue Mango Chicken Pizza
6 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 (12- oz.) package Mama Mary's 7-Inch Pizza Crusts
1 cups Raley's Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
1 cups bite-size pieces mango
1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
1/4 cup real bacon bits
1/4 cup sliced green onion tops

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 to 12 minutes, Serves: 3 large or 6 small

Preheat oven to 450°F or a grill to high. Spread 2 tbsp. barbecue sauce on each pizza crust, then sprinkle each with 1/2 cup cheese. Top with equal amounts of mango, chicken, bacon and green onions. Bake or grill over indirect heat for 10 to 12 minutes, rotating pizzas occasionally for even cooking. (Cheese should be melted and lightly browned around the edges.)
