Creamy Shrimp in Puff Pastry Shells
Creamy Shrimp in Puff Pastry Shells
4 frozen Pepperidge Farm puff pastry shells
1 tbsp. butter
1 (24- oz.) package frozen shrimp, peeled and cleaned
1 (9- oz.) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce (regular or light)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped fresh dill (or 1/2 tsp. dried)

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 25 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place puff pastry shells on a large baking sheet and cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside.

2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet. Cook shrimp until fully pink and all liquid has evaporated. Add Alfredo sauce, lemon juice and dill; simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

3. Remove round centers from puff pastry and spoon shrimp filling into the center of each shell. Serve immediately.
