Avocado Ranch Tri-Tip Sandwiches
4 Dutch crust sandwich rolls (in our Bakery)
1 Large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
12 slices tomato
12 thin slices red onion
1 lb. Raley's Beef cooked tri-tip California raised USDA choice, thinly sliced
1 cup lightly packed shredded romaine lettuce
2 tbsp. ranch salad dressing

For and extra hit of Latin flavor, season tri-tip liberally with equal amounts of Raley’s Chimichurri Steak and Ancho Chili BBQ seasonings before cooking.

Prep: 15 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Cut sandwich rolls in half lengthwise and spread avocado on roll bottoms. Top with tomato, onion and tri-tip.

2. Toss lettuce with dressing and pile over tri-tip; close sandwiches.
