Grilled Halibut with Fruity Salsa
4 to 6 halibut steaks
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
1 large navel orange, peeled and diced
2 kiwifruit, peeled and diced
1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
sliced green onion (optional garnish)

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 4 to 6

1. Rinse halibut and pat dry; brush lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill for about 5 minutes per side or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily when tested with a fork.

2. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Serve fruit salsa over hot cooked fish and garnish with sliced green onion, if you like.
