Corn Pudding
3 ea eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16- oz.) package frozen corn
1-1/2 cups Irish Vintage Cheddar Cheese
1 ea large or 2 small green onions
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes

Preheat oven to 350F and lightly butter a 9-inch pie pan. In a medium bowl, stir together eggs, sour cream, butter, flour, salt and pepper until well mixed. Stir in corn, cheese and green onions and turn into prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until pudding is set in the center.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
