2 (1/2 -inch thick) slices Certified Angus Beef® roast beef from the Deli cut into 1/2-inch chunks
2 large russet or Yukon Gold potatoes diced
2 (12- oz.) jars beef gravy
1 (14- oz.) package frozen C&W Vegetable Stand Combinations with petite peas, corn, carrots and sugar snap peas
1 medium onion peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup celery sliced
1 tsp. McCormick Italian Herb Seasoning
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes

Place equal amounts of all ingredients on 4 pieces of heavy duty foil, about 20 inches long. Bring sides up to the center and fold over twice to seal. Fold in the ends, leaving room for air to circulate inside the package. Place on a grill over medium heat for about 15 minutes, shaking the package with tongs once to ?stir? the ingredients. Eat right out of the package or transfer to an enamel bowl.
