Wild Mushroom Burgers
1 lb. ground round
1 cup wild mushrooms finely chopped
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes minced
1 tbsp. fresh basil chopped
1 cup Italian blend cheese shredded
4 hamburger buns toasted
Marinara sauce

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: about 15 minutes

1. Mix ground round, mushrooms, tomatoes and basil until well combined.
2. Shape into 4 very flat patties. Grill over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
3. Top with cheese and marinara sauce and cook for a few minutes more to melt cheese.
